We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a refund on all full-priced items returned to us in new and unworn condition within 14 days of purchase, together with all packaging materials. Just email us at shop@noahwaxman.com with your order number to initiate the return.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label. You may ship your item(s) back to our warehouse using the enclosed return label (return shipping will be deducted from refund) or ship back with your preferred carrier to the address provided. If shipping via a preferred carrier, we suggest insuring the item as we can only issue your refund once the item(s) are received into our warehouse. We cannot issue refunds for any items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once your item(s) have been received back to our warehouse, we'll issue a credit to your original form of payment.
We regret that we cannot issue refunds for worn items, sale items, custom items, gift cards, items returned without the original packaging, or items returned more than 14 days after purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
If you are shipped defective item(s) or receive incorrect item(s) in your order, please contact us at shop@noahwaxman.com within 7 days of purchase so we can return or replace the item(s) at no additional cost.
